UEA's New Electronic Transmission
Controller
This Electronic
Transmission Controller was designed
to substitute and/or replace some or
all of our current electro-mechanical
models. It is programmable, being able
to accommodate almost all requirements
from our customers. Its twenty-four
(24) I/O's are capable of accepting up
to twelve (12) inputs and driving up
to twelve (12) solid state or relay
outputs. It is able to operate safely
on any standard battery supply (12-42
Vdc) and switch loads from as low as
1mA/1Vdc to as high as 12A/50Vdc. With
its fiber optic backlighting, LED
indication selector and raised display
mount, this aesthetically designed and
functional unit lends itself well to
OEM replacement.

Our present
electro-mechanical transmission
controllers are used on a number of
models of transmissions made by Funk,
Dana, Clark, Allison and Twin Disc. This
new Electronic Controller is able to
replace these, adding greater
versatility, programmability and
functionality. Its size lends itself
well for dash or console mounting.
Additionally, its programmable keypad
can allow this unit to be programmed for
individual switch selection or for
multiple Reverse/Forward gear position
by simply using the UP or DOWN switch.

this unit can
easily accommodate nine (9)
Forward and nine (9) Reverse
gear positions while displaying
them on the LED display.
This
Electronic Controller is
presently packaged as a single
unit. It however, consists of
three individual units; the
microcontroller, the keypad, and
the display. These can all be
packaged separately or in any
combination requested by the
customer. Positioning of these
units within the operators
domain can also be done to meet
customer satisfaction
